Great Rivers 2-1-1 helps those living in Buffalo, Chippewa, Crawford, Dunn, Eau Claire, Grant, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Richland, Trempealeau and Vernon counties in Wisconsin; Houston, Fillmore and Winona counties in Minnesota; and Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard and Winneshiek counties in Iowa.
